Hypnosis / Hypnotherapy Assessments
I incorporate hypnosis and hypnotherapy into my coaching quite often. This often allows us to address conflicting beliefs and blocks in your mind much more quickly. Through hypnosis, we can start modifying your perspectives and beliefs about yourself and your abilities, and ultimately help create new opportunities to create a life you love. To get an understanding of your personal suggestibility, there are two assessments below. Please click each link and complete these short questionnaires. They’ll help me determine what area you are most influenced by in the suggestibility spectrum.

I, or one of my team members, will respond with results to these assessments within 24 hours. From there we can talk about the next steps to take. Please note that there are no wrong answers in each of these questionnaires. Answer them openly and honestly. Of course, if you have questions, do no hesitate to contact me.
One great way to discover where you are, and where you might like to be, is through one of many assessments. These are wonderful tools to get a snapshot of your current perspective. Simply click the buttons to download the files, or follow the written directions on your own sheet of paper.
Soon there will be more tools and resources here. Take your time and see what emerges here. You might find something about your life you had not previously noticed.
The Wheel of Life
The Wheel of Life is really amazing in its simplicity. This wheel contains eight sections that, together, represent one way of describing a whole life. This exercise measures your level of satisfaction in these areas on the day you work through this exercise.
Taking the center of the wheel as 0 and the outer edge as an ideal 10, rank your level of satisfaction with each life area by drawing a straight or curved line to create a new outer edge (see example below).
This newly drawn perimeter represents your Wheel of Life. How bumpy would the ride be if this were a real wheel? Let’s start to look at areas where you want to improve your level of satisfaction and think about what you might do to accomplish that.
This begs the question, “What does a level 10 look like?” The answer is completely subjective, and truly, there’s no wrong answer. Your best way to real satisfaction is to answer that with as little of your ego as possible.
To some extent, the ego is necessary and unavoidable, but answering that question by comparing yourself to others probably won’t get you anything your heart desires. A great way to define a 10 would be something like, “I truly love it, and would be happy if it should increase as well.”
